CSbio 136X 

The CS136X is a research scale peptide synthesizers that is used for R&D, process development, and small-scale manufacturing. The CS136X utilizes conduction heating that allows for the circulation of chilled or heated water from -20°C to 90°C to pre-heat solvents and reagents prior to delivery into the reaction vessel, as well as heat the reaction vessel during the entire synthesis. This creates a uniform and regulated temperature environment that improves crude peptide purity and speeds up synthesis. Reaction Vessels from 20 - 200 mL. Liberty Blue Synthesizer

The Liberty Blue Automated Microwave Peptide Synthesizer is the gold standard for peptide synthesis.

It features 4-minute cycle times along with a 90% solvent reduction based on High Eficiency Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (HE-SPPS).

The unit uses CarboMAX™ coupling chemistry and microwave de-protection and coupling.

The added HT12 resin loader allows for the automated sequential synthesis of up to 12 different peptides.

It features Flex-Add™ critical reagent delivery system, internal fiber-optic temperaturecontrol, 27 amino acid positions and 0.005 - 5 mmol scale range.
