Outside users - Rebates

To get your rebate:

If you work in a university, a new grant from the Israel Council for Higher Education issued to each university may enable you to receive a rebate from your institution so that you will pay the in-house rate. The user is requested to contact each unit and ask for a price quote that includes the service details and the difference between the external and internal prices, including any additional payment. Afterwards, the user must submit the price quote to the authorized person in their institution responsible for managing reimbursements (please refer in table below), in order to retain the right to reimbursement.

Note: All users from outside the Weizmann Institute of Science must have an valid Weizmann's service agreement.

Service agreements

• For Academia and Hospitals use the Academia service agreement.
• For Industries use the Commercial service agreement.

Download the appropriate agreement and fill it.

For Academia and Commercial service agreement:

• Be sure to fill out the timeframe of the agreement in section 2.4 of the service agreement; when the term you filled out expires, you will need to renew the agreement.
• Have the authorized person and Advocate or CPA sign the agreement and send by email to INCPM@Weizmann.ac.il
