Illumina NovaSeq X Plus

The newest high throughput Illumina sequencing platform NovaSeq X Plus. It presents XLEAP-SBS chemistry that delivers the highest level of data accuracy and performance, with increased stability.

More Information

NextSeq500

The NextSeq500 desktop sequencing system enables faster sequencing (~5.5 min/cycle) which enables it to perform the 150 PE sequencing run in less than 30hrs. Combine with a greater yield than the hiseq machine (400M reads per run), it is suitable for most of the sequencing applications and is less ideal for low complexity libraries.

MiSeq

The MiSeq desktop sequencer enables a broad range of applications, such as targeted gene sequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing, targeted gene expression, amplicon sequencing, and HLA typing. MiSeq is the only desktop sequencer that can produce 2 x 300 paired-end reads in a single run.

10X Genomics, Chromium iX

The new GEM-X technology creates a unique reagent delivery system that partitions cells or nuclei and prepares sequencing libraries in parallel such that all fragments produced within a partition share a common barcode.

More Information

Nanostring nCounter analysis system flex

The nCounter® platform provides a simple and cost-effective solution of direct digital quantification for multiplex analysis of up to 800 known RNA, DNA, or protein targets in one tube.

NanoString’s nCounter technology uses color-coded molecular barcodes that can hybridize directly to many different types of target molecules. It is ideal for a range of applications requiring efficient, high-precision quantitation of hundreds of target molecules across a sample set.

SEQUEL

PacBio SEQUEL is an award winning Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) Sequencing technology.

More information

Nanodrop Bionnex NS2

By incorporating a wide range of next-generation features into a small footprint design, Biomek NX sets the standard for flexible laboratory solutions. It puts every aspect of liquid handling – including pipetting, dilution, dispensing and integration – into a single, automated system that is as powerful as it is efficient and economical. All while offering unprecedented options for changing needs.

Agilent Bravo Automation System

Agilent Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform is both versatile and precise, loaded into a small, compact footprint. It is the fastest, most versatile liquid-handling system available. Providing speed and precision, Agilent’s automated liquid handling solutions cover a wide range of applications, utilizing the most advanced technologies to provide the performance and reliability that today’s scientists demand.

Mantis Liquid Handler Formulatrix

The MANTIS® Liquid Handler provides a novel approach to reagent dispensing.

The Mantis is a programmable, low volume, low dead-volume, non-contact liquid dispenser that can reliably dispense a variety of solutions including those containing beads, cells, proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids and highly concentrated salts.

The MANTIS dispenses any reagent efficiently and reproducibly regardless of volume, viscosity, temperature, concentration, time of day, and research experience.

TapeStation Agilent 2200

The TapeStation Agilent 2200 system is a tape-based platform that allows DNA, RNA and protein sample QC (such as length and concentration), including sample loading, separation and imaging. The system obtains results quickly, one minute per sample and is very easy to use. DNA Screen Tape assays allow separation and analysis of genomic DNA, DNA fragments and DNA libraries. Agilent  2200 TapeStation DNA kit’s specifications are: D1000 kit for 0.1–50 ng/µL,  High Sensitivity D1000 kit for 10-1000 pg/ µl and Genomic DNA kit is for 10–100 ng/µL.

QuantStudio 12K Flex RT PCR

The QuantStudioTM 12K Flex Real Time PCR System facilitates real-time PCR-based applications on nanofluidic plate. With the open array technology the user can generate 1-12,000 data points in a single run. QuantStudio Digital PCR kits, Software and the OpenArray block increase the precision and sensitivity of the nucleic acid experiment by switching from qPCR to digital PCR mode. The system  is fully compatible with TaqMan@ Assay formats and chemistry. Thermal blocks are easy to change (96-well, Fast 96-well, 384-well, TaqMan Array Cards and OpenArray Plates).

PCR Biometra TAdvanced

The high-performance thermal cycler for DNA amplification by PCR. Features: Fastest Ramping, Highest Accuracy and Intelligent Block/Well Control (RAC): high temperature uniformity and maximum reproducibility, no over- or undershooting of the programmed target temperature.

BluePippin

The BluePippin is a preparative electrophoresis platform that separates and collects DNA fragments using agarose gel cassettes with software-input size ranges. The BluePippin features pulse-field electrophoresis capabilities which enable accurate collection of DNA fragments in the range of 90 bp to 50 kb.The time collection of DNA fragments from samples is from 30 minutes to several hours. The BluePippin also collects targeted protein sizes from complex samples for biomarker or protein modification studies.

Covaris E220x

The E220 Focused-ultrasonicators are versatile instruments engineered for pre-analytical sample processing by Adaptive Focused Acoustics™ . Utilizing a dish-shaped acoustic transducer and computer controlled electronics; acoustic energy can be tuned to be delivered precisely and accurately to samples of varying volumes. The E220 enables multi-sample, batch preparation, capable of processing a wide range of sample types and volumes. The E220 may be programed to process from 1 to 96 samples in a single batch.
