Illumina NovaSeq X Plus

The newest high throughput Illumina sequencing platform NovaSeq X Plus. It presents XLEAP-SBS chemistry that delivers the highest level of data accuracy and performance, with increased stability.

More Information

NextSeq500

The The Illumina NextSeq 500 system is a medium throughput sequencer that supports sequencing of a wide variety of library types. The sequencing output ranges from approximately 130 million to 400 million reads, depending on the flow cell used.

MiSeq

The MiSeq desktop sequencer enables a broad range of applications, such as targeted gene sequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing, targeted gene expression, amplicon sequencing, and HLA typing. MiSeq is the only desktop sequencer that can produce 2 x 300 paired-end reads in a single run.

10X Genomics, Chromium iX

The new GEM-X technology creates a unique reagent delivery system that partitions cells or nuclei and prepares sequencing libraries in parallel such that all fragments produced within a partition share a common barcode.

More Information

Nanostring nCounter analysis system flex

The nCounter® platform provides a simple and cost-effective solution of direct digital quantification for multiplex analysis of up to 800 known RNA, DNA, or protein targets in one tube.

NanoString’s nCounter technology uses color-coded molecular barcodes that can hybridize directly to many different types of target molecules. It is ideal for a range of applications requiring efficient, high-precision quantitation of hundreds of target molecules across a sample set.

Nanodrop Bionnex NS2

By incorporating a wide range of next-generation features into a small footprint design, Biomek NX sets the standard for flexible laboratory solutions. It puts every aspect of liquid handling – including pipetting, dilution, dispensing and integration – into a single, automated system that is as powerful as it is efficient and economical. All while offering unprecedented options for changing needs.

Agilent Bravo Automation System

Agilent Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform is both versatile and precise, loaded into a small, compact footprint. It is the fastest, most versatile liquid-handling system available. Providing speed and precision, Agilent’s automated liquid handling solutions cover a wide range of applications, utilizing the most advanced technologies to provide the performance and reliability that today’s scientists demand.

TapeStation Agilent 4150

The TapeStation Agilent 4150 system is a a low-throughput automated electrophoresis platform for nucleic acid quality control, fully compatible with all available RNA and DNA ScreenTape assays.

QuantStudio 12K Flex RT PCR

The QuantStudioTM 12K Flex Real Time PCR System facilitates real-time PCR-based applications on nanofluidic plate. With the open array technology the user can generate 1-12,000 data points in a single run. QuantStudio Digital PCR kits, Software and the OpenArray block increase the precision and sensitivity of the nucleic acid experiment by switching from qPCR to digital PCR mode. The system  is fully compatible with TaqMan@ Assay formats and chemistry. Thermal blocks are easy to change (96-well, Fast 96-well, 384-well, TaqMan Array Cards and OpenArray Plates).

Mastercycler® X50 - PCR Thermocycler

Ahigh-performance thermal cycler for DNA amplification by PCR by Eppendorf. It allows PCR optimization in advanced molecular biology research and dependable standardization in routine PCR applications. It is also perfectly fitted for NGS.

Covaris E220x

The E220 Focused-ultrasonicators are versatile instruments engineered for pre-analytical sample processing by Adaptive Focused Acoustics™ . Utilizing a dish-shaped acoustic transducer and computer controlled electronics; acoustic energy can be tuned to be delivered precisely and accurately to samples of varying volumes. The E220 enables multi-sample, batch preparation, capable of processing a wide range of sample types and volumes. The E220 may be programed to process from 1 to 96 samples in a single batch.
