Serum/Plasma
For optimal results from analysis of serum or plasma, depletion of abundant proteins is required. We use the MARS14 HPLC based depletion of the 14 most abundant proteins in human serum. We require 40uL per sample.
Other biofluids
Urine and CSF can be analyzed as they are, we require at least 200uL but in some cases can work with less.
