We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for an exciting position at the de Botton Institute for Protein Profiling.
The candidate will take part in a diversity of projects relating to the application of the
most advanced mass spectrometry-based proteomics for basic and clinical research.
He/She will be responsible for designing and executing experiments using
quantitative proteomics and analysis of post-translational modifications. A large part
of the work also relies on use of advanced software for data processing and analysis.
Hands on experience using mass spectrometry is a must. Experience analyzing
proteomics data is highly advantageous. High computer literacy is critical for the
A biological/biochemistry background is a major advantage.
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Inter-personal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
The candidate must hold a Ph.D. degree in life sciences, physics or chemistry.
