How do I remove an outlier in the RNA-se pipeline?

Hi Gil,

All you have to do is remove the sample from the input file (inputPaths), and select the step from which to re-run the pipeline (in the "Starting step" parameter). If all you want to do is remove a sample, you can re-run from DESeq.

The pipeline will rebuild the counts matrix for DESeq without the removed samples. Make sure you enter the path to the run directory containing the counts in the "Previous run data source".
